After much work and a lot of help from Emily Serotta, we have gotten a good
chunk of the e-mail list taken care of...  Hopefully, you will see
everyone's e-mail on this list, and everyone will get a copy...  I am sure,
however, that we are missing at least a few of the novice boys and possibly
girls... If you got this e-mail, and you are not planning to row this
season, please let me know as soon as possible.  Also, if you know of
someone who is rowing or planning to row and their name is missing (and they
have e-mail or you wouldn't mind receiving e-mail for them and printing it
out) Please let me know that as well.  Finally...
Reminding you that practice has begun for everyone... If you are doing
another sport, you are excused until your sport finishes... You are also
welcome on any off days to work on the ergs or just work on technique for a
little while.

Our preliminary schedule...

Note: those Sunday workouts are not meant to be a 6th workout for the week.
They are for anyone who missed other workouts during the week.  They are
also available if you want to spend some time on a technical point or have
some video taping done, or get some extra lifting, etc...

Ok, sorry we had to cancel practice Thursday.  Otherwise, I would say our
first week was going pretty well.  It is running pretty smoothly, but there
seem to be a lot of people missing... I am afraid that not everyone knows we
are fully underway and we expect full attendance (again, people doing other
sports are excused - we assume they are getting a workout anyway :-) So, if
you see anyone in school who has not been attending practice, make sure they
know we are in full swing and let them know where and when.

Thanks, see you all soon.
